SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PlaySix!

ORDER PROCESSING

PlaySix products are ordered and produced in small batches. Orders are typically submitted for production each Monday.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production, shipping to PlaySix, packaging, and delivery to you.

During new releases, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PlaySix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, PlaySix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shopplaysix@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
