FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What sizes do you offer?
Most PlaySix apparel is available in Adult Small through Adult 3XL. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What brands do you use?
Our tees are printed on premium Comfort Colors shirts, known for their soft feel, relaxed fit, and quality construction. Our hoodies are printed on Gildan hoodies that are comfortable, durable, and perfect for everyday volleyball life.
How long will it take to receive my order?
PlaySix products are ordered and produced in small batches. Orders are typically submitted for production each Monday. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and shipping.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because items are ordered specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Some products may be offered in youth sizes in the future depending on inventory availability and customer demand.
Will you be releasing more designs?
Absolutely! The First Serve Collection is just the beginning. We have plans for additional apparel, accessories, seasonal releases, and more volleyball-inspired products.
Who created PlaySix?
PlaySix was created by a Nebraska volleyball family. After coaching volleyball for more than 11 years and spending countless hours in gyms, tournaments, camps, and practices, we wanted to create apparel for girls who truly love the game.
Do you have apparel for every volleyball position?
Our current Position Collection includes:
